Mica Cyrus - Hygienist

Mica is a highly motivated GDC registered dental hygienist qualifying from University of Portsmouth Dental Academy, in 2022. She has an additional 15 years of dental nursing experience prior to this which further supports her existing role. 

Mica is extremely passionate about preventing oral disease by enhancing patient education and informing patients of links to systemic disease and periodontal (gum) disease. Making patients feel at ease whilst building rapport and instilling confidence is her aim throughout the patient journey. 

Mica ensures her knowledge stays current by keeping up to date with professional development requirements and attending courses regularly.
