This practice is absolutely fantastic. I've been with them for two years now and recently had an emergency with one of my teeth. I had been in agony the past 36 hours and after a sleepless night, phoned the practice when it opened at 8. They offered me an emergency appointment at 9:30. Jill saw me and took care of the pain which was great. But the reason for the 5 stars is what followed after. I am a private patient and I guess that means more lucrative. Despite that, I had an honest explanation of my situation. I had the choice of doing a root-canal through my onlay - which I was advised would likely break and need to be replaced. I was also told that with a previous root canal failing on the identical tooth on the other side, it wasn't a good indicator. As the tooth was also cracked, that may reduce the chance of the root canal staying stable further. Long story short, instead of doing extensive treatment on the tooth with a possible fail rate of nearly £2,000, she said I should consider extraction. No implant was pitched, instead it was made clear it comes down to personal preference and that I would have a long time to decide whether this was something I really wanted to do. It was very clear, I was being advised as a patient, and I was not a money making opportunity to them. This is in stark contrast to my previous private dentist (which was one of the reasons why I switched). After my extraction with a dental surgeon on the same day at 11, I had complications as my clot wouldn't form. So I went back to the practice and they took great care of me, keeping me in for the afternoon and past closing hours to ensure it was safe for me to go home. At no point did I feel rushed or a burden to the staff. Every single one of them was kind and caring, including receptionists, assistants and Jill. Jill educated my husband in how to take care of me and what to look out for as she was 'fixing' me. I felt very vulnerable at the time and I will forever be grateful for the kind and humane treatment I received every step of the way by Jill and the team.

Always very efficient, clean and professional. Talking to the receptionist's is always easy and they're very clear. The Dental and Clinical staff are attentive, helpful and clearly knowledgeable. The two together make the experience of going to the dentist easy and never a chore.
