The dentist Ms Abbaszadeh was very kind, listening carefully to my concerns. She is knowledgeable and professional and I felt that I would be in a safe pair of hands. I was seen on time. The reception area was clean and welcoming and the staff very friendly. On leaving I mentioned that I thought I had my next appointment scheduled, but this was not the case I had a hygienist appointment arranged but not a check up. The receptionist quickly rectified this for me.

Appointment on time. Dentist very thorough and talked me through everything including the options depending on xray and investigation.

Everyone at the practice was very friendly, efficient and on time. The experience was extremely pleasant as far as going in for dental evaluation can be. Dr Jo Bayliss-Chapman, the periodontist in the practice, was exceptionally good. She was very thorough and has a great bedside manner. I’m a physician and she was able to explain concerns and confusion I had about the various issues that I had previously discussed for years with my dentist in the US. Alongside a San Francisco based dental implant surgeon, she was the best dental professional I have ever met. Plus, the practice sent the records of the consult with me without me even asking them to do so. Top notch and I would highly recommend.

I have only recently started seeing Stefanie for dental hygiene. She is great - I no longer spit out blood after a session with the hygienist. She also listens to my preference not to have the ultrasonic tartar remover used.
